Terms & Conditions

Check-In Policy

  1. Check-In time is at 3.00pm.
  2. Check-Out time is at 12.00pm.
  3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
  4. Guest registration with valid ID is required during check-in.
  5. We only accept Credit /Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard) / E-Wallet / Cash as payment.
  6. RM20.00 (per unit) will be charge to Guest(s) for the loss of the room key card.
  7. All rates quoted are inclusive of 8% of SST.

Extra Charges

  1. One (1) night charge will be incurred for any check-in before 9am or check-out after 6pm.
  2. Hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night effective from 1 September 2017.

Internet Access

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted at GG Hotel. This premise has opted for a non-smoking policy which applies to the public areas and all bedrooms. A penalty of RM200.00 will be imposed if smoking is detected in the room.
